8 May 2008 A survey to do in Dawlish today, so it would have been most rude not to pop in at Exminster Marshes for splendid views of this American Golden Plover.
5 May 2008 2nd update This cracking Whiskered Tern on Berrow Beach reappeared on this afternoons tide. Thanks to Paul Gay, and all the others who made lots of mobile phone calls to get me onto the bird!
5 May 2008 Whilst checking the local waters for missing Whiskered Tern I came across this 2nd year Yellow-legged Gull at Morland Pond, Burnham on Sea.
3 May 2008 A few waders are on Berrow Beach at the moment - low numbers of Dunlin (top), Sanderling, Bar-tailed Godwit, Knot and Whimbrel (lower). |
